We actively monitor all incoming flights to accommodate delays, regardless of the reason. A 1-hour complimentary waiting time is provided, starting from the actual arrival time of your flight—not the scheduled time.
If your arrival is delayed beyond the 1-hour grace period, please contact our dispatcher immediately at +1 (416) 896-0984.
If extended waiting is required, additional time will be billed in 15-minute increments based on the vehicle’s hourly rate.
Failure to contact the dispatcher within 1 hour of the flight’s arrival time will be considered a “No Show,” and the full fare will be charged.
